You can use a small trick to customize Windows 7 with the available hidden themes. Windows 7 has Aero themes which are location specific and can be based on the location and language that you pick.
When you first start your Windows 7 installation, you will have to select the time, language, and currency format. Windows uses this set of information to determine what themes should go with such selections by default.
For you to access the other international themes, you need to copy and paste this into your search box and hit search: C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT

The MCT folder will give you additional themes for Australia, Canada, Great Britain, and South Africa.

You have another option by going to the Theme folder. Double click on the thumbnail for you to be able to add it. If you want to change your themes around, you can always see them underneath the My Themes section.

There are many more themes available from the downloads section of the Microsoft website.

You can get your files indexed on Windows 7 manually, since not all files are indexed for the built-in search engine of this operating system.
You can go to the Indexing Options by typing index in the search box of the start menu, and then hit enter.

It should open the, Indexing Options window which gives you the options to Modify or go to Advanced properties.

Clicking on the Advanced tab will allow you to modify Index Settings and File Types.

Under the Files Types tab, you can add a new extension by typing in new extension and clicking Add.

If you wish to have some file contents indexed as well, you can search for the file type on the populated list and make sure that you choose the radio button for Index Properties and File Contents.

Click here for a product that will fix all broken and unknown file types.
